6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: full refund or option to reschedule
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund or option to reschedule with a 25% rescheduling fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: no refund

6.2 QuietGarden Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled service, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible or desired

6.3 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a service must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Each client is permitted one free rescheduling per booking; subsequent rescheduling may incur a fee of 10% of the service cost.
