- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund
2.2 Wardrobe Audit Services
For Half-Day and Full Wardrobe Transformation services:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before the scheduled appointment: 75% refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund
2.3 Event Styling Services
For Single Event Styling and Premium Event Package services:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event: Full refund
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the scheduled event: 75% refund
- Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before the scheduled event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event: No refund
2.4 Style Education Services
For Group Workshops and Private Style Education sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop/session: Full refund
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the scheduled workshop/session: 75% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled workshop/session: No refund
For Group Workshops specifically:
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance

We are committed to providing high-quality styling services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your feedback and respond within 3 business days
Based on the assessment of your concerns, we may offer:

Please note that the subjective nature of style means that differences in taste or aesthetic preferences do not automatically qualify for refunds. Our guarantee covers the professional delivery of services as described, not specific outcomes or results.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed, unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee
- Digital products, including style guides and digital lookbooks, once they have been delivered
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., special order items, specific materials requested)
- Cancellations due to no-shows without prior notice
- Administration fees associated with bookings
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund

7. Cancellations by QuietGarden
In the rare event that QuietGarden needs to cancel a service, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling at a mutually convenient time
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to accommodate your needs.
8. Force Majeure
QuietGarden will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, transportation disruptions, or health emergencies.
In such circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your service. If rescheduling is not possible or desirable, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Gift Certificates
For Gift Certificates purchased from QuietGarden:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift certificates can be transferred to another person
- Expired gift certificates may be eligible for a 3-month extension at our discretion
